Pets Cough & Cold Formula

Pet's Cough & Cold Formula is a natural organic herbal respiratory remedy for acute respiratory health challenges associated with non-specific fever, runny nose, coughing, and acute respiratory congestion. How can I tell the difference between kennel cough and the canine flu?

Kennel cough is a bacterial infection and exhibits a dry hacking cough.  The canine flu symptoms are similar to kennel cough except the canine flu is a virus and canine flu dogs exhibit a discharge from the eyes and/or nose, along with a wet cough.

The canine flu can turn into pneumonia very quickly if not treated.  They have found that not many antibiotics are effective on the canine flu.  If you are using an antibiotic on your dog and it continues to worsen, it may be because the antibiotic is ineffective towards the canine influenza virus.

Because these respiratory infections are of a different source and not enough studies have been performed, they need to be treated differently.  We suggest using the Kennel-Koff for pets with kennel cough and both Kennel-Koff and the Pet's Cough and Cold Formula for dogs who have the canine flu.  We have found the Pet's Cough and Cold Formula to be highly effective against the canine flu.  If your pet has developed bronchitis or pneumonia, we suggest giving Kennel-Koff and Numo Care in addition to the Pet's Cough & Cold Formula.

Pet's Cough & Cold Formula is a natural herbal remedy that contains organic grade herbs:

Feverfew - Reduces inflammation, used for relieving pain linked to arthritis and reducing painful menstruation, effective treatment for migraine headaches, and asthma.  
Flax Seed - Promotes good health, contains omega 3 fatty acids, beneficial for the digestive tract, coughs, bronchitis, and pneumonia.
Angelica Root - Acts as an expectorant for coughs especially those accompanied by fever, stimulates appetite, and eases rheumatic inflammation.
Myrrh - Stimulates the production of white blood cells, has a direct anti-microbial effect, brings down fever, rids lungs of congestion, strengthens capillary circulation, restores tone and normal secretions to mucous membranes, and increases digestion.  
Corn Silk - A soothing diuretic helpful with irritation of the urinary system.  
Blueberries - Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, astringent, antihistamine.  
Bayberries - Useful for sore throat and tonsillitis.  Anti-bacterial, expectorant, tonic.
Thyme - For sluggish digestion, a good cough remedy, promotes expectoration reducing unnecessary spasm, antioxidant and antiseptic properties.
Ethyl Alcohol - To bring out the properties in the herbs and preserve the tincture.
Distilled Water

One bottle of Pet's Cough & Cold Formula will treat approximately 3 medium size dogs and 4 adult cats. Pet's Cough & Cold Formula has a shelf life of 4 years (longer if kept in a cool dark place).

PET'S COUGH & COLD RECOMMENDED USE

**For larger animals, add an additional 5 drops of the Pet's Cough & Cold Formula for each additional 100 pounds of the animal's body weight to each dose. When dosing horses, elephants, and larger animals.

• 100 drops = 1 tsp.

•  50 drops =  1/2 tsp.

•  25 drops = 1/4 tsp. 

A one (1) ounce bottle of Pet's Cough & Cold Formula contains approximately 1080 drops and a 4 ounce bottle contains approximately 4,320 drops.
