PARVAID is a natural organic herbal remedy created to help puppies overcome the deadly canine Parvo Virus disease, aka "Parvo". Success has been reported with other similar ailments such as corona virus, distemper, vomiting, diarrhea, e-coli, giardia, and gas bloat (aka colic).

Using Parvaid

Parvaid is a natural organic herbal remedy which may work on microbial infections of the intestinal tract.  Parvaid may be useful in easing vomiting and diarrhea or scours in animals, especially in cases where the canine has contracted the Parvo virus.  Parvaid may also help boost the dog's immune system and soothe the digestive tract.  For more specific information about using Parvaid for canine parvo, please go to our Parvo Puppy website for more information, as our All Natural Horses website is mainly providing information for horses, naturally.

Parvaid is a natural combination of organic herbs in an alcohol base.  Parvaid has a shelf life of 4 years (longer if kept cool).

PARVAID RECOMMENDED USE

**Suggested Use for larger animals such as horses, elephants, giraffes, etc.:  Add an additional 5 drops of Parvaid for each additional 100 pounds of the animal's body weight to each dose.  Please note: 100 drops = 1 tsp.; 50 drops = 1/2 tsp.; 25 drops = 1/4 tsp.  A one (1) ounce bottle of Parvaid contains approximately 1080 drops and a 4 ounce bottle contains approximately 4,320 drops.

General Use:  Give orally 3 to 4 times daily.

Suggested Use for Treating Gas Colic or Bloat:   Select proper dosage of Parvaid from the chart above.  Administer this dose directly in the animal's mouth every 15 minutes for the first hour.  Walking the horse or foal is also helpful to both you and the horse.  Please call the Emergency Vet the first time or two that your horse or other animal experiences gas bloat or colic, until you are accustomed to how quickly and effectively Parvaid works, but be prepared for the horse to be recovered before the mobile vet arrives.  =)

Remaining doses:  If your horse has recovered within the first two doses (30 minutes) and is exhibiting normal behavior, you can stop dosing.  IF the horse has not recovered within 30 minutes of dosing, call the mobile vet again to remind them you and your horse need them to hurry.

Suggestion for just chemically wormed or vaccinated foals or horses:  Foals or horses who were recently vaccinated and/or chemically wormed within a few days of colic symptoms would benefit from giving Vaccination & Wormer Detox to help flush the toxins from the chemical wormer and/or vaccinations out of the blood, liver, and lymphatic system.

Suggested Gas Colic Preventative Use:   Parvaid can be dosed preventatively to prevent gas colic. Dose with just the oral drops of Parvaid per the chart above, to foals or horses who are prone to suffering from colic once or twice/day.

Other Parvaid Uses:

•  Parvaid helps build the immune system (especially good for puppies who are weaning from their mother). In this situation you can give Parvaid once a day. **We use it when bottle feeding goat kids, 10 to 15 drops in each bottle feeding prevents any upset tummies, bloating, or scouring.
